Some place nice to get stuck in....

We started packing up things at Mom and Dad's on Father's Day. Ken brought his truck and with going through everything, filled two truck beds and a long bed. They would like to have everything out of the house and have it up for sale by summer's end but it is a long, drawn out job.
It took all one Sunday, two pick-ups, and a long bed trailer to move out and store just one side of Dad's garage.   I helped Mom sort only one room so far.  Not only do we have to work on their things, but they also have memories stored from both Grandma's houses too! And that was half of Dad's garage.   It is a start.  We headed out about dinner time to unload and begin storing.  Much easier to unload than load.  Why is that I wonder?
