After working 15 hour days all week, Tom had the day off. We slept in until daylight, me a little longer until 6:30. He took me out grocery shopping that we really needed to do.
Getting home about lunchtime, it was very warm. We enjoyed just sitting outside in the shade for about a half hour or so before I had to run Jessalyn over to elder sit for a friend. I (dumbly) decided to take the back roads over thinking that they wouldn't be that bad. Half way there I saw the light go on the dash. Tire Pressure ! It dropped within 20 seconds to 2 lbs. Luckily, I was in a call zone and got a hold of Tom while he was in the house. He came out and fought with the new fangled jack that my car had but got the spare on.
When he looked at the tire, this is all he found.
I thought for sure that it would be a gargantuan size hole the way the pressure fell so fast. So this kills the idea of slipping out to pick up Father's day cards and gifts for he and my Dad right now. Maybe I'll get lucky when he goes to pick up hay later and be able to slip out.
