On the 12th of this month, Jessalyn turned 15! She had a french vanilla bundt cake with cool-whip frosting. She ask for peanut butter ice cream, and we had moose tracks too! Lots of girly stuff, but I think she like the gift cards so she could shop. She got two from her sister and grandparents for a clothing store, and one pre-paid visa from Ken.
Tommy gave her this hat in which she wore out shopping that day. We took a 100 mile birthday drive south, then up northwest of us. Jess wanted to go to the Boot Box to look for cowboy boots.
Without luck there, we went over to Tractor suppy. No boots, but she tried on a cowboy hat.
I liked it on her, but she didn't want to buy it. It was suppose to be boot day. So we headed northwest up to Arcaros Saddlery. There were a pair there, but not the right size and a bit more than what she had wanted to spend. So we came home empty handed. I guess what made it so hard is she is looking for round toe, not pointed. Now, on to the clothing stores!
