Working to ride

That is what my youngest son has been doing the last few years.  Working to save for something fun.   I knew from the time he was very little he was going to be all boy.   He would struggle to pull himself up along the playpen edge when he heard a motor zoom by.  At first he was to small to move fast enough to see anything, but gradually he made it and would stare out the window down the street from where the loud motor was going. 

He is really excited now.   I guess I could look at it as I am finally going to get the paths made through our woods now.   It is only  a dirt bike, not a street bike like he had for the last few years.   And yes, he does have a helmet but this was just after it was rolled off the truck..  Guess he will be working hard the next two years and saving for that car (or probably a truck with a tow bar!)
