Today was not going to be quite right. I didn't really want my coffee this morning. It was still hot, causing one of those headaches. So I took two green bottle pills and was better in a half an hour. Husband packed up two of the kids and headed to the other side of town to se mother-in-law and do some selling of yard sales. I had the whole house! I knew I wanted to move at a slower pace because of heat. I did all my housework, headache eliviated.I went out and gave the poor goaties a tarp shelter as it was hot, even with the slight breeze. I had a milkshake and a pbj sandwich and sat down to catch up on mending and watch the pbs station. As the afternoon progressed, I started to feel funny. I got really tired, my muscles started to ache. I thought it was the heat. I made it out for dinner milking, but managed to get my finger caught in the floor fan on my way back in the door. Ouch! <Cry, cry, cry> Now I was feeling a little better. I made the family dinner but didn't bother eating. After dinner I layed on the couch watching Lawrence Welk. I fianlly gave in and took some meds so that my muscles would relax. Finally well enought to get up and take a shower but missed going for ice cream! I really don't know what it is, and I know that I am still wiped out. Luckily the meds are covering long enough until I can get to bed for the night. I hope it is gone by morning as my friend has invited me across the way for outdoor church and picnic tomarrow.
Earlier today while out, my husband was kind enough to think of me . He picked up three 1/2 gallon milk glasses, the ones they used to leave at your doorstop many years ago. I was so happy! They will keep the milk better than all my mason jars that are lined up in the fridge. I am tire of making cheese, ice cream, and milkshakes to use it up! My son brought me home one of those floor cupboards that you can stack t.p. in too. I like it right there since no one ever remembers to put more out.
I'm off to try my hand at eating crackers.....
