The perogies went so well, I thought I would make up some bread dough and Jess and I would try making dinner pockets.
We rolled out bread dough very thin, then added a filling we made consisting of
ham, red peppers, onion, mashed potato (for consistency), mushrooms, broccoli, and before closing adding a few strips of cheddar cheese. Baked, not boiled like perogies.

We had to keep it simple because our drains froze! We had water and a toilet to flush, but the sink drains are frozen! What do you expect with it so cold, I guess.
