Some place nice to get stuck in....

Days of summer are just flying by. It is hard trying to keep up with the yard when it gets so warm!  Ken decided he has had enough of bumping in the driveway, so he came home with a small load of gravel in the bed of his truck.

He filled that horrible pit at the begining of the driveway,  and the end where it widens where everybody parks.
We had visitors come and stay for a week while their Mama recovered from an accident she was in.   She is coming along fine, and it was fun to watch little ones for a week.  Takes ya back... I got all the toys ready.

Fun on the big red slide and trampoline,  fun playing Barbie pool,  just fun running around outside!

While the girls were here, Jessalyn still had to tend to horses left at camp.
It broke up the day a little to ride up there and let her take care of things.  She had 11 horses left to lead out, grain, and lead back in again.  We also had to take care of a neighbor's lot while he was out of state for three days.   All this while we had the little ones!
I was very tired the first day, but then after moving the pack~n~play from bedroom to livingroom, changing it from  bed to playpen,  it was much better.  And the little one didn't mind at all!  I was glad that Jess was here to help.  She did really good with the kids.
