Some place nice to get stuck in....

Monday and Tuesday were the boys birthdays. Monday Ken turned 21, with Tom turning 24 the next day. Because of them getting older, birthdays change. In fact, sadly, I didn't even get pictures this year of either young man on their birthdays. We didn't even have cake.
Monday night we picked Ken up from town and we all went out for a late dinner at Twins in Big Town. It was 7:00 before we even got there and started to order. Rebekah came home from school that night so she was also with us. Ken really wasn't feeling well, and spent his birthday dinner eating wedding soup. Being 21, I bought him some Sparkling White Grape Juice to celebrate. To be festive, I also bought him Red Solo Cups with a black sharpie....Let's have a party!
Tom's birthday was shared with a dinner that night too, but on Tuesday I bought him an E-book on Amazon. Some weird sci-fi book called The Reality Dysfunction.

Back to Monday, I missed the ladies study group because Tom was called into Rolling Fields for paperwork. He is scheduled to go get his physical later this week and will start with orientation in two weeks. A job! The hours should be fairly well for being a taxi. Hey, at least they are opening a Dollar General right on the corner of our Little Town. Taxi car can at least pick up the things we need a lot easier now!
