When the skies clear in the morining, you can see the turkey vulchers out on the branches warming themselves, stretching their wings out to warm so they can fly off and start the day. We have a nest up in the pines across the street, and in the evening when they are circling and settling down for the night, it is quiet enough that you can hear the flapping of their huge wings moving about the branches.
Ken had to get in on the new vehicle ride. He sold his car the other day and bought himself a small v6 truck. It is only a 2 wheel drive, but he is happy with it. It is more for recreation, I fear.
Vicky, our secretary at church forward this picture of the girls and I at the Mother's day banquet Sunday afternoon. I love 2/3 of it!

Great pictures. I know what you mean. If only we could have several sunny days. It seems like it has been rainier and cloudier this spring.
A beautiful picture of you and your girls. Have a great day.
