Thank goodness for no rain. At least not enough to worry about. I did get to mow most of the yard, even the pond area yesterday. Plan on going out to finish....later.
So many changes...
There wasn't any rain the other day either when Tom and Ken stopped by to help Mom and Dad start loading selected things in the moving truck. Won't be long and they will be back down in Florida for their first winter!
Of course all that hard work had to be met with an appetite. Mmmm good old Kentucky fried!
Ken stopped by last weekend with his new girlfriend. It boggles my mind why I didn't think of getting a picture! Oh, I know. It was probably because Ken warned me not to mortify him! She is a very nice girl so that is a good thing. Now he is talking of this being the last girl...skdfod....
Tom is coming Sunday afternoon. He will be staying with us for the night and then the girls and I will take him into town. He leaves once more for PIttsburgh, then on Tuesday morning he gets his tickets and he is off to Lackland. He seems to think that his MP training is right there in Texas so I probably won't see him until January.
Yesterday it was bye bye bunnies. Jess listed them on Craig's list and a local came and bought them all. Even though I had mixed emotions about so many bunnies I still felt a little sad.
