So excited!  I took Jess shopping for hoodies today so she would have them for work.  I didn't expect to buy anything.  I really didn't need anything.  Then I saw the lap tray that matched my Grandma's antique T.V. tray!   For $1.99 I had to get it!
After coming back from Big Town, she got right into school work and I took advantage of the so -so weather.  It had rained, but it wouldn't stop me from getting out doors.   I fired up the chainsaw and cut down a tree or two that were dead.  I went back to the old barn and disconnected the single plow from the back of the tractor and put on one of the large wagons.  I tried to keep to the tree line so I didn't mess up the yard to much.  I started out at the road where last week I cut up and stacked a poplar that fell over the winter.   Took that to the back and unloaded it, then back up to the front to gather large branches at the end of the driveway.   Made a circle around and picked up some rotten wood that was piling up behind the wood pile and was just scrap.  By the time I made it back to the burn area, I unloaded, took off the trailer, and parked the tractor back in the old barn.  I was going to try and start the mower, but the battery was dead and when I put the charger on, it didn't work.  I think to much corrosion around the connections.  I guess I will have to wait for Tom to do it.  Now I am back in and ready to put on the apron.   Dinner is calling!
