Some place nice to get stuck in....

Snow is melted and bracing for the next round.  Tom was off to work early the last two days  for what may potentially be a 24-36 alternating shift for a job they are doing.
I am fighting with...get this...poison ivy of some sorts since I had went out and buried Loopy.  It was cold, and snow on the ground so I don't know how I managed that.  It is just around my right wrist.   The clothes and gloves I wore were clean, so to speak, meaning they have been washed since the end of fall.   Hope it alleviates soon.
I have been working on getting rid of scrap yarn in my sit down time.   I can't stand throwing it away, and there just isn't enough for other projects.  This will be an infinity afghan I guess.
Ken is starting out on his own again, this time waiting to hear from a driving company.  They will send him off for three weeks to get his CDL if he signs away a year to the company.  He's still reaching out there.
So up early I did my reading, done some crocheting, laundry, and attended the inside animals.  I suppose I should do some baking as all we have been snacking on are these dressed up saltines.   They are quick and easy and you don't have to make a dozen to enjoy them!
