Weeks are flying by despite the monotony of snow and cold every day.
We got Sister back, hopefully bred.
I am in the process of drying off Belle with hopes of taking her up for the month of April.
Becky had her jewelry party, and I had fun inviting friends over to have a luncheon. We had quite a bit of food. Rosemary meatballs, antipasto liguine, fruit salad, ham slices. I frosted mini french vanilla cakes for dessert. We didn't plan on having the party for the gifts, but for fun. Thanks to many friends though, she did get a few pieces of nice jewelry. She even gave Jessalyn a necklace she had pointed out that she liked.
The next day there wasn't any youth group, so the girls got together with some other friends and went to the local ice rink. Ken even joined them. In fact, he even showed up for church that morning. It figures! The first time Tom and I miss in forever, and he comes. At least the girls were there.
Tom, Becky, and I went to the college to fill out online forms for financial aid. It looks good, and if we luck out before the plug is pulled, she may be elligible for almost full tuition for the first year. Books not included, of course. We got wind of another scholorship or two she may be able to apply for too. We will try them all!
That same day we had a bridal shower to go to at church. Two young ladies were sharing time and having a bridal shower together. Two totally different girls. It was interesting to attend. One is having a traditional wedding, one is having it outside. One couple is having a traditional honeymoon, the other, backpacking though Europe. Funny.
Today we took Becky to work because the roads were slick. Tom and I took Jess and stopped in to see Ken and his new woman, Miley!

It sounds like you have been busy. We are looking into college as well for our oldest daughter. It looks like she will stay at home and go to a community college for now.
What a cute puppy. Have a great day.
