The girls were busy together one evening in the back. I was wondering what they were doing. Here, Rebekah had braided Jessalyn's hair for her.
Milk production has been getting lower. I am getting less than 1/2 gallon a day now. So, I am freezing some for later, and making cottage cheese with some.
When it was still a little warmer out, Ken stopped by to shoot some. He had to adjust the site on his gun.
Tom and I worked outside. He began cutting down and using the dead pines out back for posts. I sat on the tractor while he worked with the auger digging the holes. Then he cut the trees to length and sank them. They will be good for now and they are free!
The cold snow clouds are starting to come in. We have yet to see snow but have come very close.
In coming home, I see a lot of these on the road this year. I don't remember seeing so many out before.
Mom and Dad left for Florida, but that alone wasn't exciting enough. Dad decided to do some funny business just to add to the excitement. Details left out, he decided he wanted a luxury suite for a night or two.
After some superior treatment, we are happy to see he has changed his mind and decided to visit with his cousins before starting back down to Florida instead.

That is a beautiful bird.What kind is it? A pheasant or something? Hope your folks have fun in Florida.
