midgets...I mean dwarfs

Yeah, more dwarf bunnies.  This BETTER be the last litter.   I think they are the most expensive little animal to keep!

In between rain drops this week, it was a good day for a ride.  This is my friend, Dana.  She went along with a few other neighbors and my youngest daughter for a relaxing ride.   I opt out again!

With the rain the grass began to grow.  I have been out mowing twice now, first to get it cut, the second to make it a length that looks nice.

I put the down pines on a cyber give away list and someone it coming Saturday to get them.  Here Ken is, moving them up to the end of the driveway in case it is to wet to drive in any closer.   Some of these are 8'-10' long, with  14"+ in diameter.  He swung them up on his shoulder and was carrying them. Jess tried getting a picture of that while I was mowing, but everytime she got caught and he would throw them back down.   I think it is to get himself in shape for the firefighter's test.  He had to go in for practice tonight.  While there, he text us to let us know he was going out to a structure fire.  I didn't hear them return on the scanner, so either I missed it, or they are out for a long haul. He got the chance to go out for his first call last night, being an accident south of here.   He said it was quite the rush suiting up and all, and thankful that no one was seriously hurt.

Not only is he at the firehall quite a bit, but also still studying the EMT classes.  He has his state final coming up in early June he said.  An all day test to boot!  I will only hope it isn't the first Saturday as that is when graduation is!  Guess we may have to make up his own ceremony.
