That was the name of the recipe that friends and I made yesterday. It was easy, not really messy, and sure to go even better once I am in the kitchen myself. Three of us were in my little kitchen making cheese yesterday. Trying to keep an eye on my friend that was in charge, who's pot belongs to who, and remembering which timer goes with each pot! All in all, it all turned out good! As cheese goes, two gallons of milk made not more than a pound or pound and a half of cheese. Lots of whey left over! I made stovetop spaghetti pizza last night and used the cheese. What a difference from store processed. It melted nicely and looked so fresh. It is hard to describe but I could just see how much better it looked!
I was hoping to get pictures taken and posted but realized time just flew by scurrying about. As far as showing you how the cheese turned out....maybe next time, it there is any left!
